Remember, urgency is created by a sense that time is of the essence. The customer has to understand, “There will be a possible negative impact if I wait.” The three most straightforward elements for a technician to create urgency are explaining what will happen, what is happening, or offering a limited-time sale.

When you need the professionals.

If not then all that the individual can be (at best) is a dangerous (due to the nature of what we're handling) technician (to illustrate simple mastery of a protocol-driven (even if complex) system).
