AI is increasingly used as part of clinical decision-making, and will be further integrated into patient care in the coming years. But many people are skeptical of the technology—three out of four respondents of a recent survey from clinical data management company Carta Healthcare said they don’t trust AI in a healthcare setting. Health systems, including NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Mount Sinai Health System, told Healthcare Brew how they're easing patients' AI concerns.
