The ease of use of your service / product is what people are consciously or subconsciously looking for. How can you make the process easier? What convenience can you add that people don’t mind paying or engaging you for? 2. Encounters and impact. Your brand can leave a huge impression on customers. Simply by the way your team communicate with customers. The micro details. The level of assurance and personalisation. How can you leave a positive mark on your customers? As I reflect more on these facts and questions. It’s simple: 💡Processes. The backbone that ensures every single piece moves smoothly and efficiently. 💡Tech.
