So I'd like to introduce you to a concept called patient generated health data or PT HD, which I think is going to be part of the future of healthcare in chronic disease management. And you can see the cogwheel picture there we have the patient, the doctor, but. The key new development is a digital, digital partnership with digital platforms and that's good advantage for the patients in terms of empowerment. It allows the patient to play a more active role in their health management than they do at the moment. And also it will personalise it because more comprehensive data means more personalized data and for. Healthcare professionals It provides a more holistic view because it complements the clinical data, providing a more comprehensive picture of the patient state. It will improve monitoring to track the patients health status in real time and allowing more timely interventions. And of course in I hope at least it will foster engagement with the patient to result in better communication between the patients and their providers and it's very interesting on that point. You heard the cat mentioned earlier and when we developed a cat, we wanted something that would foster communication between physician and patient using a common concept, a common number. And now in fact the cats being developed very nicely as a measurement tool to monitor the patients.

In general, I have very good experiences with the tasks that are integrated with self-management. I'm sure that with using self-management through patient portals can harnesses the potential of AI-driven healthcare to empower patients, foster a proactive approach to disease management, and ultimately enhance the delivery of patient-centered care. Patient portals allow individuals to access personalized information, track health data, and communicate efficiently with healthcare providers, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their healthcare journey.
