Elle at Legrand, North America is part of Legrand’s international women’s network aiming to help those who identify as women realize their full potential as individuals and contributors to the future success of our company, our customers, and our communities. One of the three pillars for Elle, is Networking, which facilitates a quarterly power hour on various topics and promotes engagement to further the community through fun activities. This quarter’s Elle event at Pinnacle Architectural Lighting centered around mental health awareness and how to alleviate stress through journaling exercises. We want to thank Legrand, North America and our executive teams for their support in making our workplace a comfortable and happier place to be. Special thanks to Kristen Smith and Lori Schafer for hosting and leading the event! Thanks also to our executive team members Tom Lowery and Jim Young for their support and stopping by.
