It’s a lot easier to move forward once you’ve spent a bit of time looking back. At WITH, we like to close out our projects with a hands-on team retrospective, letting us take a step back and explore what worked and what needs tweaking by identifying the 4 L’s of a given project — what we Liked, Lacked, Learned, and Longed For. The end goal: to translate our learnings into actionable steps to continuously improve how we tackle future challenges.
