Recycling ♻ is expected to reach 55 million tonnes by 2030 🎯, increasing +52% the 2022 volumes. But the global rate of #plasticrecycling will reach only 16.5% by 2030, which mean unexplored opportunities for the #recycling and, consequently, for #piovangroup.

Zeropack Italy has launched a new line of clips made from IamNature, a 100% biobased and biodegradable material. These clips aim to replace conventional plastic products, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and PVC, which contribute to microplastic pollution. Sustainability is now a necessity, not a choice, and this involves even the strangest areas. According to Beverfood magazine, canned water is growing as an alternative to traditionally used plastic, in response to consumers' growing environmental concerns. Until a few years ago, no one would have ever imagined it, but instead the world of water packaging has been completely revolutionized, thanks to the disuse of plastic in favor of more environmentally friendly alternatives. It's a very important opinion from someone who makes machines for high quality of the final product. I believe in this recycling process. I have already spent thousands of hours developing recycled products (yarns) and recycled fibers, mechanically. I love what I do. I do not believe in a setback in the development of this raw material. But be aware that there are many people, who think they are knowledgeable, mistreating what others do with love and great wisdom. We carefully observe all processes. Let us carry out our analysis together with those who really know and not with theorists. I am not just supporting theorists who have done nothing and who do not know the factory floor, its difficulties or the different mutations of variables that appear to us daily. I wish everyone luck, but first of all, I really believe in what we are doing at Valérius 360 and in the products that will appear from now on, especially in Post-consumer (used clothes placed for recycling).
