I recently completed an Investment Banking internship at JPMorgan Chase, where I: Identified an optimal M&A target for a client by assessing their strategic and financial criteria. Built a DCF model to evaluate the target's valuation, adjusting for a competitor's bid and supply chain disruptions. Developed a 2-page document for the client, featuring a company profile and an overview of the auction process.
