🇮🇳 As we celebrate Independence Day, let’s reflect on the true essence of freedom. We speak of 'Viksit Bharat' and take pride in our rich culture and history. Yet, it’s essential to acknowledge the basic tenets of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs—shelter, food, and safety. Without these foundational elements, how can we truly thrive as a nation? Before we invite the world to experience the beauty of India, let’s ensure that every citizen feels safe and secure. Let’s cross the basics first—provide shelter, ensure food security, and most importantly, guarantee safety. Only then can we elevate our discourse to the higher ideals of growth, innovation, and cultural exchange. This Independence Day, let's pledge to strengthen our foundation and build a Bharat that is not just beautiful, but also safe and secure for every individual. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳 #IndependenceDay #MaslowsHierarchy #SafetyFirst #IndiaAt77 #ViksitBharat #BasicNeeds #NationBuilding #JaiHind #SocialResponsibility #SecureIndia

Expressing immense gratitude to Tata Group for their instrumental role in shaping my professional journey and transforming me from a shy small-town individual into a confident global personality. #Gratitude #ProfessionalJourneyTransformation Fondly reminiscing about my first encounter with Tata Motors, Pune during my 4th year of engineering in 1990, where I had an interview but unfortunately wasn't selected. Despite the setback, I couldn't help but feel the unmistakable essence of Tata's values and culture. #TataMotors #CompanyValues It was during that initial visit in 1990 to Tata Motors, Pune that I felt the indescribable Tata vibes for the very first time. The aura of integrity, excellence, and commitment to societal welfare left an indelible mark on me. #TataVibes #CorporateCulture Following the interview at Tata Motors, I decided to pursue my M. Tech before considering any career opportunities. This decision stemmed from a deep-seated belief in continuous learning and personal growth. #ContinuousLearning #PersonalGrowth Fast forward to 1993, when I found myself at the TCS Head Office Mumbai for another interview. Despite not being selected once again, being on Tata premises for the second time further solidified my admiration for the organization. #TCS #InterviewExperience The allure of Tata's ethos and work environment persisted, motivating me to continue striving for opportunities within the Tata Group. Persistence became my mantra as I navigated through the ups and downs of my career journey. #Persistence #CareerMotivation Finally, in 1993, after the third attempt, I received the long-awaited news of my selection at Tata Unisys Seepz. The elation and sense of accomplishment were unparalleled, marking the beginning of a transformative chapter in my life. #CareerMilestone #OpportunityKnocks Over the next four years, from 1993 to 1997, I had the privilege of working with Tata Group, an experience that not only honed my professional skills but also instilled in me a deep sense of pride and belonging. #TataGroupExperience #ProfessionalDevelopment Reflecting on those formative years spent at Tata Group, I am filled with gratitude for the myriad of opportunities, challenges, and invaluable lessons that shaped me into the person I am today. #Reflections #GratitudeJourney The journey from a reserved small-town individual to a confident global professional was not without its hurdles, but it was the unwavering support and nurturing environment provided by Tata Group that propelled me forward. #PersonalTransformation #CareerGrowth Today, as I look back on my career trajectory, I am humbled by the role Tata Group played in sculpting my path to success. Their commitment to excellence and societal impact continues to inspire me to strive for greater heights.

Last year, Payal, our caretaker saw me reading, Mr Ratan Tata Sir was awarded the first Udyog Ratna of Maharashtra. She commented that theTata Group does phenomenal nation building. I wondered, how someone like her , not so privileged, and not worked with the Tata's has such a view point. To understand this perception of an ordinary Indian, one needs to delve deep into the 150 years of extraordinary history of this remarkable institution.Do you know the real reason why did Jamshedji Tata built the Taj? Do you know provident funds existed in Empress Mills, Nagpur, much before formal PF was introduced ? Do you know why India's first cross over was named SUMO ? Do you know that the Tata group also curates the best silk saris of the world? And many more... Harish Bhat Sir ( I am a big fan! ) has brilliantly crafted 40 extraordinary stories in his book #TataStories to make us familiar with this rich legacy. My personal favorite is #12 which is about Lady Meherbai Tata pledging her entire personal wealth to save Tata Steel.Proud to be associated with Tata Group. #SudiLogues

Talking about the competition and cooperation between Aditya Birla Group and the Tata Group, Kumar Mangalam Birla said that the two groups were like siblings and there was no competition. “There was never any sense of competition. One would say that the two groups were like siblings, almost with their fortunes inextricably linked with each other”, the Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group recalled in a conversation with Business Today Executive Director Rahul Kanwal. “There was a time when we held more shares in Tata companies than the Tatas themselves. Both companies were architects of India post- independence. I see great resemble #BusinessIcons #IndianConglomerates #PostIndependenceIndia #CorporateLegacy #SiblingCompanies #SharedValues #IndustryPioneers Watch: https://lnkd.in/g3hyAacm

Parsis in India: Pillars of Progress and Harmony 🌐🔗💼 The Parsis, originally fleeing persecution in Persia, found refuge in India around the 8th century. They brought with them a unique culture, a deep sense of community, and values that perfectly complemented the diverse Indian tapestry. 🌏❤️ Over centuries, the Parsis have become one of the most loyal, peace-loving, and integral parts of Indian society. Their contributions span various fields, particularly industry and philanthropy, driving significant progress and growth in the country. Two shining examples are the Tata and Godrej families. 🌟 The Tata Group, under the visionary leadership of Jamsetji Tata and his successors, has become a global conglomerate, contributing immensely to India's industrialization and economic development. From steel to automobiles and software to hospitality, the Tata legacy is a testament to innovation and ethical business practices. 🚀🏢 Similarly, the Godrej Group, founded by Ardeshir Godrej, has pioneered in multiple sectors, including consumer goods, real estate, and agriculture. Their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility has set benchmarks for corporate governance and community service. 🌱🏠 The Parsi community's journey is a remarkable story of resilience, integration, and monumental contributions to India’s growth. Their legacy continues to inspire future generations. 💪✨ Here is a glimpse of how the #Godrej group came into existence! And, it also reflects the values and ethos of the Parsi Community! #ParsisInIndia #Tata #Godrej #Community #Heritage #Growth #Innovation #Philanthropy #Inspiration #IndianEconomy
