Assalamualaikum I need Internship with Related of Mechanical Technology

Internship research: 4 to 5 months mechanical engineering assistant internship, preferably linked to the automotive industry or competition, from May 2024. I am open to working abroad, outside of France. Dear network, Currently in my fourth year at ESTACA, I am in search of an internship for the next summer period. Automobiles has always been my passion and within the recent years I have grown more and more confident and enthusiast about making it my life and my work. I already did several internships that provided me a solid knowledge in technical mechanics. After these technical experiences, I now want to know more about the world of automotive design and engineering. That experience would help me discover how an engineer works and how are cars designed. I would also like to work abroad, since I never worked in a different country, I would like to discover how people think and work outside of France, and to discover new cultures and ways to open my mind. I am searching for a 4 to 5 months internship as a mechanical engineering assistant, starting in May 2024. The sectors that interest me the most are R&D, testing and competition analysis, but I am open to any kind of proposition.

Recently, I was on the hunt for a Maintenance Engineer to lead our newly minted Maintenance Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our specialized machines. Guest Relations - welcoming visitors, showcasing the factory, ensuring their comfort. To my surprise, he chose the latter. A mechanical engineer opting for an administrative role was unexpected. Digging deeper, it became clear that his education had been more theoretical than practical, leaving him unacquainted with real-world production processes. This isn't solely his fault; it's indicative of a larger issue in our education system. The solution? Embrace hands-on learning and internship initiatives. Initiatives like the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme incentivize employers to hire interns, fostering practical skills and addressing the gap between education and industry needs. Thrilled to share that I've successfully completed my internship as a mechanical engineering student at FORVIA. 🚘 During this enriching journey, I had the privilege of working with an exceptional team and learned valuable insights into various aspects of the manufacturing industry. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dedicated supervisors for their invaluable guidance and mentorship throughout my time at the company. I was fortunate to be part of different teams and contribute to a range of projects, including witnessing the implementation of new projects from two different companies. This experience allowed me to conduct in-depth analyses of the challenges that can arise during project implementation—a real eye-opener. 📊 I was also actively involved in the maintenance team, where I formulated and delivered comprehensive maintenance plans. I also focused on ensuring the ergonomics of the machines. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to contribute to the digitalization of projects, aligning with the company's advanced digitalization efforts. I developed an app to streamline tasks and track production, making processes more efficient. 💻 In addition, I was a valuable member of the quality management team within the UAP, and I actively participated in the methods and process optimization team, where we embraced principles like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and quality. My journey at Faurecia has been an incredible learning experience, allowing me to work with cutting-edge technologies and adhere to industry standards and safety regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF.
