Don't buy into the story given by pitch deck experts on how to pitch investors with the perfect deck even if they have been successful. They make money off you preparing the deck. There is no deck that's right for you. No pitch that will get investors to write a check. No template to follow for success. If there is, you are selling the same product as everyone else who is already dominating the market. Stop doing what everyone else is doing. Find the way that works for you. I don't have all the answers, but I have a lot of questions which might lead to the right answer. Book a call mikebrette@gmail.com. Let's talk about your specific offer. A great pitch deck doesn’t just share what you do; it paints a clear picture of where you’re going and how you’ll get there. Investors want to see that you have a well-thought-out strategy, understand your market, and can back it all up with data. Are you answering the key questions like: 🔵 How will you scale? 🔵 What’s your competitive edge? 🔵 What makes your team the one to pull it off? If your pitch deck is too vague or too complicated, you risk losing their interest. Show them clarity, not confusion. Confidence, not uncertainty. Your idea might be amazing, but it’s your strategy and vision that turn it into something investors want to be part of. #VelocityPitchDecks #InvestorReady #PitchDeckTips #StartupFunding #ClarityMatters #BusinessSuccess

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡. Investors don’t fund bold claims—they fund crystal-clear stories with proof. A great pitch isn’t about puffed-up confidence or buzzwords. It’s about delivering a sharp, specific story that proves your traction and vision. Confidence without clarity makes you forgettable. To stand out, focus on metrics that matter, articulate your unique position, and solve the investor’s problem by making your pitch irresistible. Are You Ready for the Toughest Investor Questions? Here’s a fact: investors don’t just want to hear your pitch—they want to test it. The most common investor questions aren’t curveballs; they’re aimed at seeing how well you know your business: 1️⃣ What’s your TAM (Total Addressable Market)? Be prepared with realistic numbers, not wishful thinking. 2️⃣ Why now? Explain why this is the perfect time for your solution to thrive. 3️⃣ How will you acquire customers? Show your strategy—and why it’s scalable. 💡 Pro Tips: Practice answering these questions confidently but concisely. Your ability to stay calm under pressure is just as important as the answers themselves. And.. if you don't know the answer in the moment, don't just make Sh*t up!! 😡 Everyone can smell BS immediately. #InvestorPitch #StartupFunding #FounderPreparation

𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 $$) 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝟵𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆. I get asked a lot: "How do I get investors to put money into my company?" And I have this favorite analogy: Think of your pitch deck like a car. No matter how shiny it looks, what really matters is how well it drives. Investors have a scorecard they follow. Here's what It looks like: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 (𝟮𝟬-𝟯𝟬%) Is it new and different? Can it grow? Can you protect it? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 (𝟮𝟬-𝟰𝟬%) Are they coachable? Can they work together? Do they have experience? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 (𝟭𝟬-𝟮𝟬%) How big is it? What niche will you start with? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 (𝟯𝟬-𝟰𝟬%) Who are the competitors? How expensive will it be to sell? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟮𝟬-𝟯𝟬%) Is it fair? Does it compete with other investments? If your deck doesn’t answer these questions, it’s just a pretty car with no engine. Focus on the essentials, not just the looks. #PitchDeckTips #StartupAdvice #InvestorReady
