I'm feeling posty this morning. Quick brag on my team. July 1st, 2023 my company was sitting at 37 million in premium. I decided to create a goal of 50 million in premiums by September 1st, 2024. My 20-year mark. As of this morning, we are just over 46 million. We've added 9 million in the last 7 months. Yes, my team is awesome! Here's the deal, there is no growth in the comfort zone and there is no comfort in the growth zone. Empower your people to be successful. Then, let them be successful. If your infrastructure is not at a place where you can achieve goals, that's where you need to start. It could be your personal infrastructure or it could be your company's. Typically, they are synonymous. As the CEO of our company, I made a conscious decision years ago. I wanted to focus on the success of people within our company. Their success has become my success. I have multiple people within our company that make more money than I do. Guess what, they deserve it and I am proud of them and happy for them. Don't feel bad for me, I'm not starving Opportunity is everywhere. You need to figure out what's holding you back. You have to be honest with yourself though. It could be you. I know for a fact I would not be where I am today if I wasn't surrounded by smarter people than myself. There is also a great level of trust within our organization. I have business partners everywhere and I love every one of them. It's a new year. What are you going to do differently and how is it going to make a difference this year?
