The T20 Cricket World Cup is underway and our Corporate office team decided to join in on the cricket fun! Ahead of the USA vs. INDIA match on Wednesday our team set up a cricket pitch of our own. It was a lot of fun and a learning experience for many and we were thankful to have a great coach!

The journey to becoming champions is indeed a testament to patience, perseverance, and the power of belief. Reflecting on past mistakes, learning from them, and maintaining self-belief are crucial steps in any team's path to success. It's the determination and relentless practice, coupled with the ability to adapt to different conditions—be it the high winds of the West Indies or the varied pitches in the USA—that forge a winning team. And it's in those nail-biting moments of the finals, when all seems lost, that faith and teamwork shine brightest, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. This is a learning that sometimes big things takes time so patience and believing in oneself and our mentors and trusting our positive instincts can lead us to achieve our goal and success. #SelfBelieve #Patience #Motivation #ContinuousLeaning #Success #NeverGiveUp #Victory #Adaptibility #BlueRoseTechnologies

Key learnings from India's overall performance in the last 2 Cricket World Cup: i. Leadership & Vision: A leader who trust his team. This was evident from the statements coming from Indian Cricket team that Rahul Dravid did a great job in trusting his team and letting them play their natural game. Also, Rohit Sharma gave a fair chance to his team and did not drop anyone based on a few bad performances. He strongly believed that Virat bat will make noise in the final and it happened. ii. Team Cohesion: The last 2 World Cups clearly showed collective effort and mutual support leading to India being undefeated and becoming victorious in T20 WC and qualifying for the finals in Nov-23 WC. iii. Handling Pressure, Criticism: Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli faced lots of criticism from the public, peers but still they performed extremely well whenever it was needed. Also, despite emotional outburst & set back from the loss in Nov-23 WC, the team really took the next step in a positive manner and won all series afterwards with pride. iv. Emotional and Expressiveness: Its completely fine to be emotional and express your love, gratitude towards family, friends, team members in public. We should really not bother about what others think. v. Know the right time to Exit: It is critically important to take the next move at the right time. Retirement of Rahul Dravid as Head Coach and Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ravinder Jadeja from T20 format speaks a lot on this.

10 things this Cricket World Cup teaches us: 1. Class is permanent, even if it doesn’t work for a few times.. Peaks at the right time - Virat Kohli 2. When a leader leads from the front, and if fails once in a while - entire team comes together to cover up - Rohit Sharma 3. It’s not over till you think it’s over - India team even after SA needed 30 off 30 4. You can bounce back from the lowest unimaginable lows (even if the entire world is against you) - Hardik Pandya 5. Hardwork and Humility pays off - even if it hasn’t for decades - Rahul Dravid 6. Consistency pays off eventually - Jasprit Bumrah 7. There is a point in life which comes for most people from where getting up/getting back seems impossible.. sheer will and determination gets you back - Rishab Pant 8. Losses at a big stage are possible important is the comeback - India team after t50 World Cup to winning the t20 World Cup 9. Nothing is above team work, ultimately every single individuals contribution matters - India Team (everyone contributed in their own way at some point in the tournament) 10. At times the smallest contribution can be the biggest in the game (even of life) - Suryas Catch

Few things I learnt from the cricket match and this T20 cricket world cup tournament 1. Virat Kohli - You may not have done well for a short while after achieving greatness but you must come back and perform when it's needed the most and then you can happily retire!! 2. Axar Patel - Contribution is important. He may have given a lot of runs in an over while bowling which almost took the match away but he scored more than that while batting. Also if you have done well in the past doesn't mean you will keep doing well each time but contribution matters. 3. Jaspreet Bumrah - If you are leading from the front you gotta deliver when everyone thinks it's not possible from here!! 4. Hardik Pandya - Criticism does not always need a verbal response. Actions speak louder than words. 5. Rohit Sharma - U don't need a sharp memory to be a leader as long as you don't forget the ultimate goal. 6. Rahul Dravid - I am known as a wall for my defence but I can coach a T20 team to victory as well. Format is temporary but class and passion is permanent. 7. Rinku Singh - Not every time you will get a chance but that doesn't mean you stop being visible. Make sure people appreciate even your presence.. Written post Indian world cup win last midnight. Kindly excuse any silly mistakes.
