"Where there's a will, there's a way," they say. When you need to transport 50 coconuts from Placerville to Oakland in just a few hours, we are ready for the challenge. We are committed to living by our core values, one of which is finding solutions, finding fun. POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY NEEDS MORE NEGATIVITY! Bringing out the best in others so we can all rise & shine. Dr of Coaching & Mentoring > MSc Applied Positive Psychology > Motorcycle Adventurer > Property Developer & Landlady
(Please don’t watch to the end - it’s embarrassing…as if a sweaty, post-run video isn’t embarrassing enough!!). I love parkrun - the community, the support, the camaraderie, the consistency and certainty that it is always there. I hope the FRANK Community can offer a similar supportive environment for navigating life. Yes, it is online initially but the intention is it will grow organically through connection and recommendation and face-to-face events will happen in the future where we can show up and meet ourselves where we are at and not compare to where others are on their journeys. I hope FRANK will become a platform for learning and growth, practice and confidence building, exploration and innovation. Where we can face our fears, build resilience, keep accomplishing throughout life, nurture ourselves and each other and find kinship in the community. In other words, BE FRANK: FEARLESS RESILIENT ACCOMPLISHING NURTURING KIND Are you looking for some #clarity on what’s next for you? Want to #connect with others on their #journey? Do you want to practice ways to navigate your inner world better so you can have greater impact in the outer world? Join the 14 Day Clarity and Connection #Challenge in the FRANK #Community - it’s FREE! We start Monday x #CCC #ClarityConnectionChallenge #FRANKcommunity

Building great communities is a team effort, and I’m grateful for the strong partnership we have with the Town of Sahuarita Mayor Tom Murphy and town manager, Shane Dille. We achieve actionable results by focusing on three key elements: 👉 Open Communication — Regular and transparent communication ensures everyone is on the same page. I’m on the phone with Shane or Tom on a regular basis and we have standing meetings for our teams to address challenges quickly and keep projects on track. This builds trust and respect. 👉 Shared Vision: Having a shared vision for the future is crucial. By collaborating closely, we create developments that not only meet current needs but also anticipate future growth and opportunities, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction for residents. 👉 Collaborative Problem-Solving — When challenges arise, having a strong partnership allows us to brainstorm and implement effective proactive, solutions together. This collaborative approach ensures that we can overcome obstacles efficiently and continue progressing toward our shared objectives. Grateful to these two gentlemen for always being at the table to help us create a better life for our residents! #CommunityBuilding #Publicprivatepartnerships

📈 Access to data, which can be utilized in a way to enable decisions can be a very powerful tool in city planning. 🏙️ Oftentimes, the data is simply lacking. But setting a baseline for a city by geolocating assets is fundamental. 🗺️ Mapping geolocated assets onto residential density or even transit accessibility (as below) can go on to generate actionable insights into how our cities can be improved. 🇬🇧 For example, London leverages PTAL scores (Public Transport Accessibility Levels) to highlight which areas have strong access to public transport. Based on this decisions can be made on optimal areas for further densification. ⚠️ Failure to enable city decision-makers with insightful data simply holds cities back from effectively serving their communities.

I'm thrilled to share 'Close,' a brilliant initiative featuring an interactive map that uncovers walkable, bikeable, and transit-friendly neighborhoods throughout the United States, offering us a new way to connect with the vibrant life of our local communities #HappyProximity https://www.close.city
