A good friend of mine, Wes Thompson, gave me some feedback on a recent LI post of mine. He said something along the lines of, "Glad you all are winning big, but what is it that you do?" Great question Wes!!! Our new website tells our story well, but I'll try to simplify in case you only have 20 seconds to read on. Our core product is a Knowledge Management System that enables Sales, Bid, and Security Teams to automate and streamline the response process for any questionnaires they get. You upload your RFP or other questionnaire into the platform, and we scrub your Knowledge Base (that we will build for you during onboarding) and autofill answers into the RFP.   Typically, we can knock out 80% of most RFPs in under 10 min. Generative AI helps to provide even more responses if you don't have a direct match in your knowledge base.   Then you just have to go figure out the other 10%. We also make that part really easy. You can assign sections of the unanswered portion of the questionnaire out to the SME's with the answers. They get a notification and can go in and answer their portion of the questions.  We make it very easy for your team to increase your capacity to respond to these "difficult" questionnaires and help your Sales Org generate more revenue for the business.
