Who is to be contacted when a "Franchisee" location is not running the store properly and the building has alot of health and code violations? It is a Bluegrass Pizza "PizzaHut" that is in Westover,West Virginia. First of all first day I'm given a 2XL shirt when I'm a whole 5'8 1/2 and 135lbs it looked ridiculous I swear she did that intentionally too. She posts if you don't have a proper uniform you'll be sent home well if I would of been given a proper uniform I would wear it I'm not wearing something that makes me look like a kid wearing their parents clothes good grief. Just because the majority of that state is 2 XL doesn't mean everyone is! She never posts a Forecasted sales yet expects you to know what to make using psychic powers I guess. All day today she must of been already in a bad mood because of personal reasons taking it out on me for no reason at all. Other than I worked for the Company several years ago still remembered alot but things change over the years and I guess I'm just supposed to know all that too. On the first day doing videos on the desktop pulled off after doing like a few of them. They were all being smart asses just because I said I worked there before I worked for a Corporate Store not a Franchise!

It's like not just 1 employee but both managers acted really ignorant, had a smart attitude like alot a things can change over the years alot is the same yeah but if you ask how to do something or try to learn all you get is attitude because they have to explain something! If you're a GM why isn't their trainers or SHIFT Managers there's a GM and employees nothing in between at all. That store is a hot ghetto mess. Corporate needs to look into it seriously. I pulled old rotten food out from under the drink station, SHE TELLS ME WHEN I ASK IF I COULD JUST LEAVE BECAUSE I ONLY HAD 2 MORE HOURS ANYWAY AND THERE WAS LIKE 5 OR 6 OF US WITH NOTHING REALLY TO DO WHY NOT SEND 1 PERSON OR 2 EVEN HOME IF IT'S SLOW AS HELL. SHE HAS ALOT TO LEARN ABOUT HOW TO BE A GM SHE'S NOT READY FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY YET CLOSE BUT SHE HERSELF NEEDS MORE TRAINING BECAUSE THAT STORE IS NOT RAN RIGHT AT ALL COMPARED TO A CORPORATE LOCATION IT'S PARDON MY WORDS BUT A SH*THOLE. I'M SORRY NO ONE IS GOING TO MAKE ME FEEL SOME TYPE A WAY JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE MAD ABOUT SOMETHING IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE TAKE IT OUT ON THEM NOT AN EMPLOYEE THAT DIDN'T DO JACK SHIT TO YOU BUT TRY TO BE HELPFUL SO F*** HER ! IDC I JUST DON'T CARE. THAT ENTIRE AREA FULL OF A***OLES!

What is with every single time late night you order a Chalupa it is always hard as a brick that is the entire point of ordering it because it's supposed to be soft, they made one of those Catina soft tacos and put stuff on it that doesn't go on it. I took two bites spit out both of em the sour cream tasted spoiled and the chicken inside the chalupa omg! I've had softer meat from a bag of jerky. Things really need to improve at most of the locations because if the service is lacking at more than one location you then know it is a problem with the Management. No standards, no expectations, no good food we paid almost 30$ for Rock hard Chalupas nasty ass soft taco and the burrito is in my fridge and will be thoroughly inspected to make sure there's nothing on it that is not supposed to be and I don't mean wrong ingredients either I mean something disgusting that for some reason places seem to think they'll get away with! You cannot taint, contaminate, or alter someone's food Cameras need to be focused on the make tables at every angle corner and viewpoint. I'm really beginning to just get so absolutely disgusted with fast food places altogether and probably won't buy it anymore at all.

Pizza hut cant sit here and post this like they have regard for anyone. You could dedicate all your time to them and they will cut your hours and mess with you all while paying you nothing. The ogden area coach cuts hours of people willing to work and do their job and tells them its not a charity yet wants them to come in whenever the store is failing. Absolutely 0 respect is had in the entire buisness. Horrible company to work for.

You celebrate all this but your HR lady Ms Jill can't remember to pay you the raise. It's a shame when you give them all you got and work for them but never see your raise on your pay. What a company
