It was truly a pleasure to receive and host this dedicated team of volunteers. Thank you for making a significant impact and bringing joy to the lives of vulnerable children in these facilities. Your compassion and generosity are greatly appreciated!
Welcome to Zambia 🇿🇲 Volunteers from PKF member firms in France, Germany and South Africa arrived in Zambia last weekend, ready to take part in a two-week humanitarian mission organised by PKF Zambia Chartered Accountants. We’re delighted to introduce you to our five volunteers: Alexandre Bazillon and Laura Bascaules from PKF Arsilon, Sibylle Claß and Beatrix Lamprecht from PKF WULF GRUPPE and Kiara Rugbar from PKF Durban. The team will mainly work at the Lubasi Children’s Home, supporting the children with their education and day-to-day care. After a warm welcome from PKF Zambia Managing Partner Antony Ranjan and the children and staff at the Lubasi Children’s Home, the volunteers were treated as guests of honour and enjoyed songs and dances performed by the children to celebrate their arrival. It’s wonderful to see #PKFPeople connecting across borders to work together, build relationships and make a real difference in our communities. PKF Global CEO Theo Vermaak said, ‘This is such an amazing initiative. Thanks to all the firms and volunteers for your support for the work our Zambian colleagues have been leading for such a long time. Together we do make an even bigger difference.’ #BeTheChange #TeamPKF #BelongTogether
And thank you all at PKF Zambia Chartered Accountants for your amazing work in the community and for giving #PKFPeople such an incredible opportunity 🙏
