PLA by John Deere’s Post

My last but certainly not least stop in Brazil last week, was at PLA Canoas where we produce J-Series sprayers. This mighty team has been hitting their strategy milestones, despite the challenging environment they are facing – business cycle, market volatility, and major expansion projects. In the last half a year, they have obtained ISO 14001 environmental certification, and reached multiple environmental KPI’s. Congratulations! They have also implemented John Deere employee survey and now are looking into different ways to improve PLA employee experience. I would like to express gratitude to the team for everything they do. It takes courage and hard work. I also encourage them to keep working on a day-to-day execution while keeping an eye on the horizon, looking into the bright future.
