CTC and EVC Shine as Top Places to Work in Statewide Employer Awards Program CTC Secures TOP 10 SPOT in Large Companies Category, While EVC Ranks 24th in Small Companies on PA's Best Places to Work List Demonstrating its strong commitment to employees, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) ranked 10th among 37 large companies on the Best Places to Work in PA list! CTC’s technology transition affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) ranked an impressive 24th among 60 small companies honored in the state. CTC President and CEO Ed Sheehan, Jr. expressed great satisfaction that both CTC and EVC were represented so well on this prestigious list. He offered his gratitude for the caliber of our employees and for everyone who contributes to making our organizations great places to work. The standings were revealed at an awards ceremony in Lancaster last evening. The rankings process involves a comprehensive evaluation of workplace culture, with anonymous employee feedback accounting for 75% of the scoring. The competition is conducted by the Central Penn Business Journal in partnership with Best Companies Group. CTC has made this list 16 times, and EVC has been included three times. The public sector needs to become the winning team Gen Z wants to join. What can help make this happen? A shift in workplace culture to focus more on outcomes.
