Hello, September! For me, autumn is a season that speaks to both the senses and the soul, with its captivating beauty, cosy comforts, and deep connection to nature’s cycles. It’s a time I hold dear, with its vibrant colours and the refreshing sense of change that fills the air. And as many of you know, my love for the colour orange only adds to my affection for this season! Plus it is my birthday month! I see autumn as a period of transition—a moment that inspires reflection, new beginnings, and personal growth. What do you love about autumn?

What's that thing you're not letting go of? What are you holding on to that's no longer serving you and/or has stopped making your life better? Do you know what it will feel like when it's gone? Better? Letting go is not easy, letting go of the "right" things is even more difficult, but more beneficial. Imagine that one orange leaf hanging on to the tree, dangling there holding on, not willing to quite give in just yet.... All the other yellow, red & orange leaves laying on the ground spread underneath the tree, they make a crunchy sound when you walk through them, they church and scatter in the wind, but that one leaf it won't let go. Then it happens, it gently breaks away, dancing in the wind, putting on a beautiful show as it approaches the ground, it then delicately lands, joining all the other leaves that let go. The tree, now bare, ready for rebirth in the spring. Letting go, does not mean not caring or giving up, it means you're willing to accept the space for something even better. Let's celebrate autumn and time to let go. Please share your process of letting go and how you perceive the process of letting? #lettinggo #motivation #inspiration

Today we're celebrating the less talked about character strengths of Appreciation of Beauty & Excellence, Hope & Forgiveness. As we move into Autumn, with its vibrant changing colours and crisp air, it's a season to celebrate those with the superpower of 'Appreciation of Beauty & Excellence.' Just as autumn showcases the beauty of nature through its changing leaves and harvest, this strength encourages us to recognise and appreciate the beauty in the world around us, as well as the excellence in others and ourselves. The transition from summer to autumn is a time of Hope. Just as autumn marks the end of summer and the beginning of a new season, Hope is about looking forward to the future with optimism and confidence, even in the face of challenges. Autumn is a time of letting go, embodying the character strength of Forgiveness. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, Forgiveness encourages us to let go of negative emotions and grudges, allowing us to move forward with a lighter heart. #autumn #seasons #viacharacterstrengths #softskills #gratitudeattitude

#Weekendvibes Sharing one of my favorite poems It is thought to be written by an 87-year old woman reflecting on her life… IF I HAD MY LIFE OVER - I’D PICK MORE DAISIES, by NADINE STAIR If I had my life to live over, I'd dare to make more mistakes next time. I'd relax, I would limber up. I would be sillier than I have been this trip. I would take fewer things seriously. I would take more chances. I would climb more mountains and swim more rivers. I would eat more ice cream and less beans. I would perhaps have more actual troubles, but I'd have fewer imaginary ones. You see, I'm one of those people who lived sensibly and sanely, hour after hour, day after day. Oh, I've had my moments, and if I had to do it over again, I'd have more of them. In fact, I'd try to have nothing else. Just moments, one after another, instead of living so many years ahead of each day. I've been one of those persons who never goes anywhere without a thermometer, a hot water bottle, a raincoat and a parachute. If I had to do it again, I would travel lighter than I have. If I had my life to live over, I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I would have more dogs. I would go to more dances. I would ride more merry-go-rounds. I would pick more daisies. #selfleadership #motivation

SAY GOODBYE AND GO At about this time last year, I was in unbelievable pain from my kidneys growing calcified stones in them. So much has changed since then, but I also look at the trees in their own season releasing leaves in the most elegant way. Letting go is one of the hardest things we have to undergo. Letting go of projects, people and purposes when we feel we can give more but time has run out. The love we put into things is precious and power-full but eventually we have to say goodbye for a variety of different reasons. Now I know the lessons that they left behind have deep value: ⚡ Knowing you need to surround yourself with people who will be there for you AND challenge you too. ⚡ Knowing you need to stay physically, mentally and spiritually healthy as all three areas overlap and can effect each other. ⚡ Knowing you need to not just reflect but also take action on the things you can control...even if its one step no matter how small. Most of all letting go also means opening space for something new to enter too. What are you letting go of this autumn? Until tomorrow...take a moment and reflect as the leaves fall 🔥 ⚡ 😊

Happy 1st of June, everyone! I wish you a joy-filled month ahead. I have a strong sense that June is bringing big changes and new opportunities. A collective shift as we integrate the vibrational upgrades and energy downloads coming through at this time. (More solar flare flu!) As we start this new month, it might be a good time to reflect: - What brings me joy? - When did I last experience joy? - How can I invite more joy into my life? As you ponder these questions, also consider what diminishes your joy and drains your positive energy. Ask yourself: - In what ways am I allowing these things to steal my joy? - How can I minimise or eliminate the impact of these joy-drainers? This reflection can be uncomfortable and might stir up suppressed emotions. Be gentle with yourself. Show compassion and avoid playing the blame game. Release all judgment of yourself and others. Set the intention to make positive changes and establish healthy boundaries, even if you’re unsure how to start. Hold onto that intention and keep an open, curious mind. Ask your guides—your very own 'Team of Light'—to support and guide you on your journey to joy, awareness, and fulfilment. Let them know exactly what you need at this time. Love and light to all.

It can be hard to re-build a fire from scratch. It’s much easier to catch a spark. Joy is an emotion that is necessary for our health—and yet in a world full of chaos, or a life of struggle, it can seem downright irresponsible to seek joy. And, when we find it, we may even feel guilty about it—Is this really ok? Even when there is suffering and hardship? Healthy joy can spring up in our heart in an unguarded moment, increase our compassion, and open us to insight. When our hearts remember joy, we are able to remain connected to the light in ourselves and in each other. It is a gift that we harbor, and that we can share. This is not something to feel guilty about! It is an offering of openness to life. Joy is a precious flower that blooms in the middle of our chest when we are willing and open—and we will learn exercise for re-opening if we have become closed. It is not the same as distraction, giddiness or escapism (although those can be fun sometimes). It thrives anywhere that it can take root in laughter or playfulness, and expands with the breath. Even if it lasts only a moment, it connects us with the light of Universal Shen (the consciousness of the Big Heart). To view the whole video, visit the link below. https://lnkd.in/giWiYuZR

Celebrating the Fall Equinox! Today marks the Fall Equinox, a time when day and night are perfectly balanced—reminding us to embrace balance in our lives. As we transition from the warmth of summer into the cool, introspective energy of autumn, it’s a time to reflect, release, and prepare for new beginnings. This season is all about grounding, letting go of what no longer serves us, and creating space for transformation. Take a moment to express gratitude for the blessings of the year and set intentions for the coming months. You can set intentions by writing down what you wish to release, then safely burning the paper to symbolically send it into the ethers. Alternatively, you can ask your angels, Creator, or Source to release what no longer serves you with grace and ease. Next, create a list of what you want to manifest or attract into your life. Place your hand over your intentions, envisioning a radiant white light flowing from the Universe, through your crown chakra, and out through your hand, infusing your desires with divine energy. Finally, trust the process—and let it go!Whether you're celebrating with quiet reflection or rituals of renewal, the equinox is a powerful reminder that change is a beautiful, natural part of life’s cycles.
