Is there always something we can do for others? Helping others needs a clear intention. If you intend to help, you will always be able to find ways or do something to support them in their hard times. As humans, we greatly rely on each other for support. When a person goes through a tough time, they may feel lost in life. They may lose the ability to think or make the right decision. At that time, they just need someone to help and guide them. To help them, you don't need much. Providing mental and emotional support is as much of a help as providing support in material form. Help people get through their dark times. Make them see the brighter side of life and give them hope and reassurance. When you help someone see the light, you become closer to your inner light.
