🌟 Day Three Recap of #PCCForum 2024! 🌟 What an unforgettable closing day! We began Day Three with an inspiring opening keynote from Maysoon Zayid. Her insights set a positive tone for the final stretch of our Forum. Here is the link to her book : https://lnkd.in/enzPj4xp Throughout the day, we also saw engaging sessions. The passion and dedication to PCC were evident in every one of them. A huge thank you to all of our Day Three speakers and organizations who made this day possible: Honcord, Hospital Albert Einstein, Women's and Children's Health Network, Endeavor Health, Fraser Health Authority, Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service, Elmhurst Hospital, NYC Health + Hospitals, Atrium Health, Sharp HealthCare, NYC HHC ELMHURST HOSPITAL CENTER and Compassion Clinic. We started the day strong with an inspiring opening general keynote by Chris Malone (Fidelum Health), who shared powerful insights on Delivering PCC in the Digital Age. His session set the stage for another impactful day! From insightful breakouts to PCC I-Lab to develop your actions plans on PCC implementation, attendees shared their experiences and actionable takeaways that will make a difference in their organizations. The sense of community and collaboration was truly inspiring! 🤝 Special thank you also to Gianluca Mauro for his general keynote session on PCC Hot Topic - Redefining Care in the Age of AI.
