Key Highlights: • 36,000 sq m of innovative workspace. • Restoration of five historic buildings on Sclater Street. • 600 sq m of new retail along Bethnal Green Road and Shoreditch High Street. • A new ‘Middle Road’ linking Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street, enhancing connectivity. A HUGE mixed-use development is coming to Riverside Drive in East Austin. River Park will be found on 109 acres between Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park, E. Riverside Dr., Pleasant Valley Road, and Country Club Creek! Current plans include: - A 65,000-square-foot venue for live shows - Over 1,000 multifamily units - Nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space - Office space - Several acres of parkland The start of construction is yet to be announced, but the entertainment venue will be the first building to rise. Completion of the area will take 10 to 20 years, and plans are expected to evolve as the city’s needs change. Several key Swansea projects within the £1 billion regeneration programme are set to make significant progress in 2025. Among the developments, work on transforming Castle Square is scheduled to begin soon, featuring expanded green spaces with lush lawns and new planting. Additionally, the new office development at 71/72 The Kingsway is on track to be completed by early 2025. Construction is also expected to commence next year on a public sector hub at the site of the former Saint David’s Shopping Centre, marking another milestone in Swansea’s transformation. #swansea #2025

Working with Lambert Smith Hampton we are pleased to share that Acorn has formally submitted a full planning application for the regeneration of Emery Gate Shopping Centre in Chippenham. Subject to approval, Chippenham Riverside will transform the shopping centre into a modern, vibrant retail and leisure destination designed to enhance the town centre. The proposals include 225 energy efficient homes and 40,000sqft of employment driven commercial space, including a blend of retail, leisure, health, food and beverage. The project will sensitively integrate with Island Park and create new and improved access routes from the High Street to the River Avon, whilst protecting this valued greenspace. There will be improved pedestrian connections, and the area will be enhanced through landscaping and attractive public realm to create a relaxing and pleasant place to spend time. The ambitious scheme will rejuvenate the town centre’s commercial and leisure offering - breathing new life into the heart of Chippenham and making it a destination in its own right. This project builds on Acorn's strong commercial and regeneration portfolio which we are seeking to expand.
