We're in the running for a Pineapple! 🍍 It's a tricky one to get hold of but we are super excited to have been shortlisted for the Future Place award for #CentralDocks, Liverpool Waters, with our client Peel Waters. Central Docks is part of the Liverpool Waters 30 year regeneration plan to transform former dockland into a #vibrant, #inclusive and #sustainable extension of Liverpool’s internationally recognised waterfront. The 10.5 hectare Central Docks is the largest brownfield site in #Liverpool. There are plans to build over 2,300 new homes, a 2 ha Central Park, a new cultural building, primary school, health centre, together with new hotels and leisure facilities. Sustainability is locked into the heart of the project. Thanks The Developer and Festival of Place for giving us the opportunity to walk you through the project and good luck to everyone else who's made the shortlist.
