Last year, we shared an exciting project here at Planning House: Chris and her sister teaming up to renovate their first property for resale. Well, we’re thrilled to share that the project was completed in November, and the property was sold to a lovely lady! 🏡✨ This journey was no small feat – it was a labor of love, hard work, and matching pink dungarees! 🩷💪 What made it even more special was our focus on sustainability. From using recycled materials from a pub renovation to repurposing what we already had, we prioritised environmentally responsible choices throughout. The transformation was extensive, with a new roof, electrics, plumbing, replastering, doors, windows, flooring, and a full redecoration – not to mention a garden makeover complete with new fencing.
