What an incredible Deep Tech Workshop we had yesterday. We were honored to have Huade Tan, CEO of Plantd, share his visionary insights. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Plantd has created a new type of building materials that is radically sustainable. It’s made from a novel perennial grass they’ve developed that can be grown by farmers in a wide variety of climates and soil, as is drought tolerant. They can produce the same amount of building materials we use today but on 1/6 the land as compared to timber farms. Their first product is sheet material that is a plywood replacement. 🎉Fun fact...
