Our clients, Baptist Community Health Services, Inc. have just published their first annual report! Here is why its so important: 👉 Most donors say that they have little understanding of how their funds are used. More crucially they don’t know the impact their funds are making. Annual Reports don’t totally solve that problem—but it’s a big step in the right direction! Especially if you repurpose its content throughout the years on social media and e-mail. 👉 When asked most lapsed donors say the organization didn’t communicate the impact their giving was making—so they stopped giving! Communicating with your donors is so so so important—I cannot overemphasize it. If you want to read our full report on keeping your donors and winning back the lapsed ones click 'view my blog above☝ ☝ ☝! This is a how to guide to keep your donors engaged, in the know, and giving!
