Get Behind the Bubble! Our MuCell® technology uses plastic injection molding that involves the introduction of microscopic bubbles (cells) into the polymer melt before it enters the mold. These bubbles are created by injecting a precise amount of gas (usually nitrogen or carbon dioxide) into the polymer melt under high pressure and then rapidly reducing the pressure, causing the gas to expand and form bubbles. Weight reduction, reduced cycle times, design flexibility and sustainability are just some of the benefits to using MuCell® technology. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3V5veck

Boron nitride powder electrostatic spraying technology and equipment have been used for a long time, but the application in precision extrusion of aluminum profiles has only now made a breakthrough. This transition from graphite-carbon-based coating systems to water-based boron nitride coatings is ongoing, and the speed of the transition depends on many factors, including cost, ease of use, cleanliness and environmental factors, among others. However, the application of boron nitride and boron nitride powder electrostatic spraying systems in aluminum profile extrusion production has shown an attractive and bright future. For example, if boron nitride is coated on the end of the extruded billet and the end of the dummy rod, the billet and dummy rod will soon separate when an extrusion cycle ends, extending the service life of the dummy rod; When sewing hollow aluminum tubes, coating the extrusion shaft with boron nitride can prevent sticking; extrusion tools coated with boron nitride can stay clean, prevent rust, and reduce oxidation when the tool is preheated. Boron nitride provides excellent anti-stick lubrication and smooth running of extrusion production, ease of use, cleanliness and economy over long periods of use, minimal overspray in use, stability at high temperatures and release separation properties as well Good reliability and cost-effective application indicators.

Blown film extrusion is one of the most significant polymer processing methods. Several billion pounds of polymer, mostly polyethylene, are processed annually by this technique. While some applications for blown film are quite complex, such as scientific balloons the majority of products manufactured on blown film equipment are used in commodity applications with low profit margins: grocery sacks, garbage bags, and flexible packaging. Consequently sophisticated hardware, materials, and processing methods have been developed to yield film at very high output rates with both low dimensional variation and consistent solid-state properties.
