Don't wait for opportunities. Create them. The life that you want is out there, but it's not going to come to you. You have to pursue it. Relentlessly. Make the introduction. Take the initiative. Send the email. Place the call. To get what you want, you need to create your own opportunities. A lot of people are waiting for great things in life. You know where they'll be a year from now? Still waiting. We recently helped a client land an awesome new CEO role. How? By creating opportunities. The companies weren't looking for new executives. They didn’t have a job posting. Or a spot on the org chart. But they needed what he had to offer. Ten weeks of cold email outreach. Dozens of Teams Meetings. A bunch of interviews. Plenty of rejection. All to create the perfect opportunity for them and their family. Opportunities create leverage. Leverage creates wealth. So, what's the lesson here? -> Whatever you’re doing: do more. -> Be willing to fail. -> Never talk yourself out of possibilities. Don't wait for opportunities. Create them. As you do, watch as doors open and success follows.
So true. You have to create your own opportunities. No waiting!
Great inspiration to get out there and make action happen, it’s not by accident!
Great advice David Stupay! Don't take the path most traveled, create a new path for others to follow!!!!
Amen Brother... Opportunity 'doesn't knock'... you have to find opportunities and knock on those doors!
Yes! I talk myself out of way too many opportunities. I need to be relentless!
Absolutely love this! #GoGetIt mentality is contagious. What are some of the best tools your client used for their cold email outreach? Would be great to hear the specifics! #careerdevelopment
Yes! Keep pushing forward and keep an open mind. There’s so many opportunities out there!

7moGreat stuff. A neighbor of mine once said that "luck is when opportunity meets preparation" which I'm guessing he picked up somewhere. Luck isn't going to just happen, especially if you're waiting around. You have to be prepared, and part of that preparation is being ready to take action.
