A man constantly lied to his fellow villagers, shouting, "Tiger has come, run!" He did this so often that the villagers became frustrated and stopped believing him. One day, a real tiger appeared, and when the man shouted for help, the villagers ignored his cries. This analogy is relevant today, as we witness the misuse of legal provisions intended to protect women's interests. Some are filing false cases, and this trend is not only disheartening but also detrimental to society. Such actions undermine genuine victims and erode trust in the legal system, ultimately affecting us all. [1] A recent case in jaipur where a woman, Bhavna Sharma filed 16 false FIR of rape, molestation against different people inclu. The arrest was made after an advocate filed a case against her in the district court accusing her of filing false rape charges against him to extort money. She is booked under sec 388, sec 504 and sec 3(1)(r) of the Schedule caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 As she intentionally insulted with intent to humiliate a member of Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe. [2] A district court in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly sentenced a woman to 4 years and 5 months in jail for filing a false case of rape against a man, along with a fine of ₹5.88 lakh for robbing the man of earning opportunities during the time he was in jail as an undertrial. What do you think can be the solution Should the parliament come with gender neutral laws? Will the implementation of stricter penalties for those found guilty of filing false cases act as a deterrent? It is high time we educate the public about the consequences of filing false cases and the importance of legal provisions. As a responsible citizens, it is our duty to make efforts for a society where justice is upheld, and legal protections are used with integrity and respect. Message for boys and men here: Things are not that bad here. If you ever come across a woman who coerces you either to marry her or give in to any of her demands with the threat of accusing you of rape, I'd suggest take a leap of faith and tell her that you'd rather face the trial. With regards to blackmailers I'm telling you their demands never end and they'll coerce you for more. And just in case I'd like to tell you, there are significantly higher chances of acquittal in a rape case over getting of the alimony hook. Bas abko kaske larna hay whatever it takes. I can tell you in the long run she'll be the sufferer despite the gynocentric laws favoring her. Plus things have changed a lot, you can always seek help from various pro-men organizations and personalities like Deepika Ji.
No bail ever and harshest punishment for this low life
The Law commission recommended gender neutral laws but don't know why parliamentarians think they know better 🤔
Empower them evermore, Until men are no more. Let the law rejoice then, For a job well done again.
I pray Court shud give her a Strong Punishment.
Our media should cover this extensively to spread awareness.

5mo"Agreed! It's high time parliament updates laws to reflect gender neutrality. Many current statutes are rooted in outdated traditions. Often times they are used for revenge than justice. Gender equality demands laws that support inclusivity for all genders. Let's make this change happen now!"
