What an amazing day filled with incredible support from all. Proud to be on this team, proud to work with these amazing people, and proud to have earned this opportunity. Plein Air Group has been my home for the last 5+ years and I can't imagine a place I'd rather have dedicated my time, energy, and, most importantly, my passion for this industry. All I can say is the best is yet to come. Huge thanks to Paul McEnany, Jason Abelkop, Alan Reynolds, and Andrew Kennedy for welcoming me with open arms and for the continued support as we expand our influence, impact, and leadership within this industry. Kira McCabe becomes a Partner in The Plein Air Group I try not to fill everyone's feeds up with posts about how great our products are (they are) or how fantastic our client outcomes are (they are) but I'll never stop posting/boasting about how absolutely awesome our team is. In the 5+ years Kira has been part of Plein Air, she has contributed in every way imaginable. Kira fervently pursues personal and professional growth for herself but more importantly, makes sure the growth opportunities and tools for growth are front and center for all folks at Plein Air. Kira has facilitated more than tenfold growth in Plein Air by following the lead of one of the great philosophers of our time who aptly said "If there was a problem, Yo, I'll solve it". Kira has helped drive our technical and product evolution at a pace broadly unmatched in the industry. In full, Kira is a LEADER who does whatever it takes to move our teams and our outcomes in incredibly positive directions.
