So. Yeah, I think the value of the CEO. So I look at at people like Brian Chesky or Steve Jobs, not to compare any of us to that level, not quite yet or Abhinav Kapur or Abhinav Kapur or Zach Oats or just to mention some leaders, people, Shaquille O'Neal. Bill Phelps. Bill Phelps. The SO part of the challenge is like. Finding your role in the product and the making, not just the the leading cause there, there's a. So there's kind of a misnomer with strategy that there's this like big bright line that like strategy happens in the air and it's like bullet points on a page and it's like guidance. It's that floats above you, above the things you do. And then there's execution. The challenge is like there's all kinds of work that happens in execution that informs and improves how you think about strategy. So if I think of the plain air strategy, it's I think we've always known what we want to have some idea of what we wanted to achieve and then a pretty clear here's what we want to be, you know. Our strategy for getting there has evolved dramatically based on what's on the ground. And even like I go back, I was looking back through some of our documents for a couple of years ago to kick off a couple years ago and it was like very similar in terms of what is our overall. Thinking about moving, but like where we actually want to get to. Dramatically different just because our tools that are disposal all moved at different rates. And I you know, I think are and Jason has probably heard me say this before, but you know, I when I was much younger I thought of strategy is like you're on a chess board, you know, and you're like moving pieces around. And I think the challenge now is that I think a lot more about strategies in muscle development. And so you develop a muscle and then what are you able to do because you now have this muscle.
