‘The future has a tendency to sneak up on you’ 👩 This is what a participant in one of my workshops about leadership, in particular in hybrid environments, said. 🌐 We were talking about how immersive technologies like virtual reality and augmented reality will make every day collaboration boundaryless. ⌛ The group spoke about collaboration with immersive tools as something happening in the future. 💡 But then several participants mentioned examples of areas where immersive technologies are already used, from corporate training to selling consumer goods. 💡And this is how one participant came to the conclusion that the future tends to sneak up on us. Everyone agreed. 🌐 Are you ready for immersive hybrid collaboration? Or will you be ambushed by the future? 🚀Follow me for more about how to build a winning boundaryless organization 🚀 #innovation #entrepreneurship #PleinertPartner

The future really does have a way of sneaking up on us! It's amazing to see how immersive technologies are already reshaping collaboration. Staying ahead means embracing these tools now, not waiting until they become the norm. Exciting times ahead!
The future is sneaky🙂 Very true that it's important to be prepared ahead of time to stay ahead of the competition - Being ready for immersive hybrid is a good example
