A big misconception about weight loss is that you have to '𝘥𝘰 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘵.' You don't have to do a diet at all. Sure: some effort is required. But it doesn't have to be that much more effort than you're already expending now. You already eat three meals a day, right? If you want to lose weight and don't have time for a diet, 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥. Aim high, set your standards higher! What's a good example of this? Oooh, I know! Let's look at losing weight. If you aim to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks like the NLU Community is doing right now, you must also aim to have a better diet than you had in the past. Continuing to eat junk food, even with exercise, is not a high standard for your health. So, set a high standard to eliminate junk food AND increase your exercise so you can hit your goal weight. When you elevate your goals, you elevate yourself. Embrace your potential and strive for excellence in everything you do. 💪❤️
