#Mac Myth: Enterprises Only Run Windows Busted! Back in the day, most enterprise businesses only used Windows. But between WFH, BYOD, and general business adoption, the use of Macs in the enterprise is increasing at roughly 20% YoY. Employees are getting more choices in what devices they use, and they're choosing macOS. https://bit.ly/3VN6i83

Adding device to intune through company portal and by the help of hashkey. Which one is BYOD and which one is corporate owned? Have you got any idea?? Well if you know then it is good. But if you don’t then this post could be helpful. Device enrolled using company portal is BYOD type but device enrolled through hash key is corporate owned. Company portal helps you to access company resources but you will have limited access. Policy will limit you from accessing as well as your device has to be compliant to access resources. Corporated owned are company devices. Company will have full control over the device. It means they can apply every possible policy to secure their resources.

To enroll Android devices in Intune, there are several prerequisites you'll need to consider: 1. **Licensing**: Ensure you have the appropriate Microsoft Intune licenses for your organization. 2. **Android Version**: Check that the devices meet the minimum Android version requirements. Generally, devices should run Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. 3. **Device Management Mode**: Decide on the management mode—Device Owner (for fully managed devices) or Work Profile (for BYOD scenarios). Each mode has different enrollment methods. 4. **Google Play Services**: Ensure that Google Play Services is installed and updated on the devices. 5. **Intune Enrollment App**: For some enrollment methods, the Intune Company Portal app needs to be installed. 6. **Network Connectivity**: Ensure devices can connect to the internet to communicate with Intune. 7. **User Account**: Users must have valid accounts in Azure Active Directory (AAD) that are assigned the appropriate Intune licenses. 8. **Security Policies**: Be prepared to configure any necessary security policies in Intune before enrollment. 9. **Enrollment Method**: Choose an enrollment method (e.g., manual enrollment, NFC, QR code, Zero-touch, etc.) based on your organization’s needs. -here is you can download Documentation to make enrollment step by step with detail clarifications. #MDM #M365 #Azure #MEM #Intune
