Today marks World Mental Health Day, a day to bring awareness to the impact that ill mental health has on us and our loved ones as we live our daily lives. We welcomed #ANDYSMANCLUB to join Sean Foster and record a podcast about mental well-being and suicide prevention. Through our Group Values "we care" and "we put safety and wellbeing first", we hope these conversations can remove mental health stigma and create safe spaces for people to open up and access support. Sean is one of our Mental Health First Aiders, a network of qualified Calisen colleagues who can provide a lifeline to someone in need. At each Andy's Man Club meeting, they start with three questions: How's your week been? One positive from your week? Is there anything you want to get off your chest? This feels like a great place to start. #worldmentalhealthday #wellbeing #mentalhealth
