We’re building our dream factory at Paradyes this 2025 🎆 This year alone, we launched 10 new hair colors in just 9 months - something that would have been nearly impossible with third-party manufacturers due to minimum order quantity (MOQ) constraints. Having our own factory has been a game-changer. We start with a small batch of 100 kg (about 800 units), test how customers respond, and only then scale up to a bigger batch of 500 kg when we’re confident the shade is a hit. Here are 2 examples to show how our own manufacturing unit proved to be a blessing this year: In March, we launched Hazel Brown and Cherry Coke with 100 kg batches, expecting them to last a month. That batch sold out in just 5 days! On the very first day of launch, we sensed the demand and scaled up to 500 kg batches the very next day. The turnaround time from manufacturing to filling and packaging was just 3 days, ensuring we didn’t run out of stock and could sustain the momentum. In September, during our Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale, we hit ₹47L+ sales in a single day - far beyond our expectation of ₹10L. It wiped out our inventory, leaving us low on top-selling shades just as the Diwali season approached. We had large purchase orders (POs) from Amazon, Blinkit, and Nykaa to fulfill, and missing those deadlines wasn’t an option. Thanks to our in-house setup, we quickly added night shifts and replenished inventory across all platforms on time. Without this agility, we would’ve lost momentum and disappointed our customers during the festive season. 
Running a factory and a brand isn’t easy, it’s like managing two businesses at once. But the benefits are unmatched: Agility, control over supply chain + quality and PROFITABILITY. AND THE BEST NEWSSSS!!!! - We’re growing so fast that we’ve outgrown our current setup! Our new manufacturing unit in Naroda, Ahmedabad, will be operational in 2025, a big milestone for us as we continue to build Paradyes as the go-to hair color brand of young India! ✨

By analyzing 1,000+ reviews across Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart and benchmarking against leading sunscreen brands like Honasa Consumer Ltd. (DermaCo, Aqualogica), Dot and Key, Minimalist we saw a clear opportunity to elevate the experience for FabIndia’s loyal users. Our redesign swaps “Essentials” for “Skyn,” signaling an upgrade from basic care to a modern skincare experience. The new logo—a minimalist sun—blends tradition with a fresh edge. What’s New? • An emphasis and highlight on Advanced SPF 50+ PA++++, and the ingredients - Cica, Red Algae & Niacinamide • Zero white cast technology to address a major pain point • Sustainable packaging with a premium airless pump • AR/VR skin analysis feature for personalized care With a matte orange bottle that’s both functional and Instagram-worthy, FabSkyn combines heritage with everything today’s skincare user wants.
