We process PV glass in such a way that dust and dirt are less likely to stick to it - inspired by the lotus leaf for #selfcleaning surfaces in aride climates. Check out this demonstration of cooling efficiency! 🔥 On the left, we have an X-ray tube anode that's perfectly intact, thanks to its water jacket. On the right, you see what happens without it - completely melted away after being torched by a propane torch. Each torch produces heat equivalent to 1,055 to 1,319 watts, showing just how critical cooling is for these anodes.
