Here's how you can learn from failed podcasting projects and apply all the lessons to your futures endeavors. So now stay with me on this video. I'm going to give you some solid tips and without, you know, forgetting that I'm giving general answers to these questions. So if you feel like I missed any parts, please feel free to share it down in the comment. If you have extra questions that you want to ask me, feel free to DM me. I'm always happy to support where it makes sense. Now let's get into it. When he comes up to failed podcasting project, I like these questions simply because you are going to learn something. You are always, you know, into the area of like, I don't think if you know, if you fail that podcast, I don't feel like there is a failed moment of podcasting. It's like a learning. So you're going to learn what was missing in your production. You're going to learn what was missing in terms of like connecting with your guests. You're going to learn what kind of culture actions that you're put in. You're going to learn what kind of measurements. That you're putting for your promotion, you're going to learn whether you were taking time to be just a content creator or using the podcast to build a network and that will help you to monetize and sponsor the podcast. Now, all of these five elements. Again, I, I do have a team at Podcast Inc where we take care of all of these and we got all the business owners to, you know, like from A to B to C, our podcast is a top podcast here and around Asia and based in Asia right now. So pretty much that's something I've done myself. So we went from like failed podcast to successful podcast from like 0 downloads to 3,000,000 downloads. We, you know, we've done it all. So what I want you to do is like you kind of like focus on these five elements, your production. Your, you know, connection between you, the guests and the podcasts, how you were presenting the brand. After that, the content creation, what were you putting as a culture action? Where were you driving people to? And then the promotion where you actually measured in what kind of, you know, things that you're getting from marketing this podcast. And then last, where you actually focus in on just building the content or actually using the content to network with the right people that would help you grow the podcast as you know, brand, brand owners or whatever, like sponsors this than the other. Because some of you guys will lose themselves in the era of like being just a content creator and thinking like, Oh my God, a sponsor is gonna magically show up. I'm not going to lie to you, it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen unless you really worked harder on the promotion. You measured everything there and you promote it. You spend a lot of ads, so you're going to attract some people your way. Which is not like 100% if possible, but the best way is to actually go there and present them. So yeah, that's pretty much on today's video. So you guys on my next one.
