I've followed this trial quite closely and listened to most of the testimonies. Some key learnings for the industry around the clarity of roles and responsibilities, who and how you deem someone to be competent at their role and then have supervision of this. Also some key shortfalls in crew feeling they are able and feel safe to speak up and raise concerns, often made harder when leaders dismiss or take no action. WARN Act If you are in Virginia and want to know about upcoming layoffs, follow the link below. Other states have it as well, just google the WARN Act and add your state. Most companies over 100 employees have to report 60 days in advance of any layoffs. Hopefully this will help you start your job search earlier in the event you are one of the unlucky ones.
