Working on trade show prep for a client, and the one thing I can tell you for large scale (and large $$$ events) is plan out as much as you can and figure out as many details as you can before the event. This may seem like a no-brainer, and obviously there are some details and things you just can't plan for - but more details and planning is always better in this situation 😅 😅
