A lot of preclinical formulations are solutions. Ease of dosing and performance being the main drivers. Making a solution is only half the battle. Assessing performance in vitro, ensuring you don't get precipitation is vital. Species, volumes, residence times, pH - all might be critical to success. If you want to have the best chance of winning, speak to people who provide solutions to your problems, after they understand what they are. Were attending BOS in Basel later this month. Reach out if you would like a conversation to understand how the team at #Sygnature can advance your projects towards patients in need. Short video of an emulsion being formed. No drug precipitated over any time frame. Good to move forward.

⏱️ Enabling Early Approval with Smarter Clinical Evidence Generation ⏱️ Our latest case study showcases how KerusCloud, our simulation-guided study design tool, empowered a small biotechnology company to accelerate the approval process for a new antibacterial treatment for C. difficile (CDI). Facing the challenge of developing an impractical study plan requiring ~1000 patients, the company leveraged KerusCloud to evaluate alternative, feasible development plans. By processing data from various sources and generating synthetic datasets, KerusCloud simulated thousands of studies, allowing rapid in silico assessment of different study design parameters. This innovative approach enabled the company to devise an optimised development strategy. Key Results: 💰 The approach saved the sponsor £18M in development costs. ⏱️ Time to market was reduced by 3-5 years. 🔍 KerusCloud identified an alternative development plan that reduced the patient requirement from 1000 to 180. 📊 The evidence package generated was sufficient for early regulatory approval. 📝 The simulation results provided clear guidance from FDA and EMA on proceeding with the optimised study design. This case study underscores the transformative impact of KerusCloud in streamlining clinical trial design, reducing costs, and accelerating the availability of new treatments to patients in need.
