Troubleshoot any problems that may be happening, any concerns that employees might have, hundreds of different decisions to make every day and we have to be able to make those decisions quickly. When you work with people, there is different personalities that you work with. I obviously have certain expectations and certain ways that I would like things to be done. And we always try to see it from everybody's point of view. And again, more of that. Workflow to match what our facilities are expecting. Persona. Kalos. Take over my patients claims and bills personally because as I have my grandmother in long term care, I didn't want her to have that burden of receiving a massive bill. So I want to make sure I take care of the patients. We provide medications and they don't have to worry. The ones that we have, you know, which is I enjoy that. I thrive on that. That's what gets me even more motivated to come in because I, I want to see that growth is getting things done in a timely manner. That that is a challenge, but it's a positive challenge because you know why it has to be done in a timely manner. So that people can get, you know, the medications that they need, positive challenges. Let's talk about COVID. Polaris was able to step up and provide vaccine to everyone of our accounts, every resident, every employee. And we continue to be at forefront and all COVID treatments during the pandemic, especially in the beginning when everyone was scrambling to figure out what we're going to do. But the fact that we responded quickly, we helped facilities get the PPE they needed, we work together as a team to make sure the runs left on time. That was something that is admirable because working for a company that can see something happening and then just make the necessary changes immediately is important. Where we're challenged with retention and recruitment, we want good people in here that are here for the reasons that we're all here to take care of. People's health care is a different breed of, of industry. The flexibility is not as here as much as it is in other in other industries because we patients need their medicines every day. You have to help the technicians to try to find out the medication that they need for the for the round. They don't find dancing. They come to me or I come to John or Deepak or Frank and they and we help each other. It was challenging not to know the answer, but the fact that to admit that you don't always have the answer and to do your best to go and seek it, that is a step up. So that was something early on that I had to overcome. And it's it's OK not to know the answer. That's life communicating with all different kinds of people. So it's positive for me because it helps facilitate that growth in. Communication strategies for myself. I am Polaris Polaris.
