What does controlled braking mean? With this method, you apply the brakes as hard as you can without locking the wheels. Keep steering wheel movements very small while doing this. [California Commercial Driver Handbook] https://lnkd.in/ggqHX4Dz

Why is this not a compulsory function in all new cars! Clearly some anti-social people never learns obeying rules and will continue speeding up for sake of thrill while putting other peoples lives in danger. Thus, we need systems to limit the speed forcefully based on the signs. Is not it brilliant? #trafficsafety #speedlimits

What is TRUE about controlled braking? You should brake in a way that will keep your vehicle in a straight line and allow you to turn if it becomes necessary. You can use the "controlled braking" method or the "stab braking" method. With the controlled braking method, you apply the brakes as hard as you can without locking the wheels. Keep steering wheel movements very small while doing this. If you need to make a larger steering adjustment or if the wheels lock, release the brakes. Re-apply the brakes as soon as you can. Vehicle safety: Brake lights we need a braking system on vehicle that informs the vehicle behind you of your braking intentions, fast, brake testing etc. this would avoid rear end collisions
