In addition ..., the crypto asset industry has also had its critical moments. Amongst examples are FTX bankruptcy & stablecoin events around TerraUSD & BlockFi. Result of all this is that both DeFi & CeFi are impacted. So, what might future, more stable, & secure financial system look like? ... This report ties in with findings of previous five Vaduz Roundtables on “Financial System 2030” & develops them further based on developments since then as well as discussions roundtable from March 2023. From the factory floor to leadership teams, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are critical for success in manufacturing. Amardeep Kaur, from Rescon Partners, was thrilled to discover practical insights through an engaging conversation with industry leaders Manjit Singh, Vijay Yadav, and Manasi Das, from SKH Group. It is now amply clear that no strategy execution is complete without building DE&I as a part of "organizational capital", a concept that is well described in #balancedscorecard. The top three insights from the discussions were: DEI leads to long-term company success: All panelists agreed that achieving DEI isn't just a moral obligation, but also a smart business decision. Companies with diverse and inclusive workforces have better financial performance, attract top talent, and have a stronger brand image. Biggest challenge: Mindset shift: Implementing DEI effectively requires overcoming ingrained biases and mindsets, both within organizations and society as a whole. Leaders need to be committed and actively promote inclusion, while individuals need to be open to different perspectives and experiences. The broad-based approach needed: Addressing DEI goes beyond just meeting quotas. It requires collaboration between organizations, governments, academia, and individuals to create a more inclusive society.
