I love hearing stories about how a team of designers can impact other companies and help them achieve success. It’s always inspiring! I would love to be part of that journey and contribute to your company because you’re doing amazing design work and creating fantastic results. Love it!

A valuable takeaway for me is balancing the degree to which customer data should define a brand versus the company’s ethos and vision, and how to consider this depending on the goals of a rebrand. In this case, it was particularly interesting to hear how PolyAI’s customers provided insight on using non-technical language for more clear product communication, and how this in turn helped the brand align more strongly with their mission as a human-centered tech company.
