PolyCon Solutions has expanded its executive team by appointing Kathy Simpkins as Chief Operating Officer. Kathy has over 15 years of experience in acquisition program management, government consulting, program development and execution, and business operations. She brings valuable leadership to PolyCon’s executive team during a period of rapid growth. As COO, Kathy will lead operations and direct the company’s finance and administrative functions. She then transitioned to the FAA where she held an unlimited warrant as a Senior Contracting Officer for 10 years before returning to private industry as a member of the leadership team at LS Technologies. Kathy holds a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Howard University.
