When it comes to moving your wardrobe, a little planning goes a long way! 👗👔 Follow these tips to keep your clothes organized and your move stress-free: ⭐️ Avoid Overpacking: It’s tempting to cram everything into one box, but overpacking can lead to wrinkles and damage. Spread items across multiple boxes or suitcases. ⭐️ Always Label: Clearly mark boxes with what’s inside—this makes unpacking a breeze! Label by season, type, or room for extra organization. ⭐️ Use Waterproof Covers: Protect your clothes from unexpected weather by using waterproof covers or packing in plastic bins. No one wants soggy clothes! ⭐️ Load Strategically: Load heavier boxes on the bottom and lighter ones on top to prevent crushing and damage to your clothing. Let D1 Moving help make your move seamless! We’ll handle your items with care, from start to finish. 😊 #D1Moving #Moving #Clothes #Packing

👕 Heat Safety Tip: Wear light clothing, choose lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing. Light colors reflect the sun's rays, while loose clothing allows air circulation to keep you cooler. #ConstructionSafety #StayCool #TradeScouts

It’s a big fashion no-no to wear white after Labor Day. Do you know why? Every summer, rich people, especially those on the East Coast of America, head to the ocean to escape the sweltering heat. They preferred to wear white. White reflects light and is, therefore, cooler. It also doesn’t show sweat as easily. There was a class element at play, too. If you could afford to wear white clothes, you would not be doing manual labor in society. So, white clothes signaled your status. By the end of summer, around Labor Day, the rich returned to their dirty cities, where wearing white clothes was impractical. The no-white clothes rule after Labor Day appeared around the 1920s. A hundred years later, that rule is outdated. Most of us have washing machines. Our streets are cleaned. Wear white whenever you want to. (Like I’m doing at Mount Diablo in Walnut Creek, California.) More importantly, question your beliefs from time to time. Especially the ones seemingly set in stone. You change. Circumstances change. Your thinking can change, too. If you need a gentle guide to help you rethink your stickier beliefs, let’s talk about it. DM me, and we will explore your options for working with me 1:1.

Caution when washing! There are many things you can do wrong when washing high-visibility clothing. As a result, the reflective strips can lose their luminosity - and the garment is no longer sufficiently visible. Try to avoid these mistakes and take care: 🚫 Do not use bleach or chemical cleaners 🚫 Do not use fabric softener 🚫 Do not tumble dry 🚫 Do not iron What you should do instead: ✔️ wash on a cool setting (~ 40 degrees C) ✔️ use a mild detergent ✔️ leave to air dry The best way to care for your high-visibility clothing is indicated on the label inside the garment. We hope our "week of high-visibility clothing" gave you some new information or updated your existing knowledge. #AplusA #PeopleMatter #PPE #SafetyAtWork
