****News Flash**** Update on the 3 models of the Chemtec IsoFLOW Probe available! Chemtec has developed new models of IsoFLOW probe to broaden the possibilities of getting a flow loop for sampling, PYC loops, and Analytical instruments. The IFP Standard Model is for single entry flow loops.  The installed probe will handle both inlet and discharge of the product. It will be introduced to the loop by the large opening facing upstream and will flow through the connection head and into the analytical instrument or sampler, then discharge back through the inner tubing downstream of the probe.  A pump can be added to this assembly to add flow if required. Common uses are Sampling, Density loops, PYC loops, or flow through analyzers. The Coalescing probe is a single-entry loop, but the inner tubing stops in the connection head.  This alleviates the dead leg and allows product to circulate into the connection head and return via the inner tubing downstream of the probe the entire time the main line is running.  This ensures that current product moving by would be sampled and decreases the chance of comingled product from the previous batch.  Use for this probe is for manual sample ports, analytical instruments with inlet only, or Volume Regulator Samplers like Chemtec’s VR-22. The IFS Probe is for installations that require an entry probe and discharge probe (Threaded or Flanged connection points). The system between these probes must utilize a control valve, restriction orifice, or other means of pressure drop across the loop to induce flow. The IFS has no inner tubing but requires a longer flow loop to be introduced back into the mainline downstream of the equipment providing the pressure drop.   #Chemtec #Sampling #Measurement
