A Remarkable Experience in Molecular Docking! I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hands-on Molecular Docking Online Workshop conducted by Research Boulevard. This workshop was a comprehensive deep dive into the world of molecular docking, offering a detailed, step-by-step guide using tools like AutoDock4, OpenBabel, MGL Tools, and Maestro Viewer. During the session, I gained practical knowledge on: - Setting up and performing molecular docking using AutoDock4. - Conducting protein-ligand interaction analysis to understand binding mechanisms. - Utilizing advanced tools for visualization and streamlining workflows. Which object detection model is the best? 🏆 🏆 🏆 Comparing models is challenging. Different research teams use different benchmarking scripts and model configurations. We decided to build our leaderboard and independently benchmark the most popular models. (that's why metric values might differ between our leaderboard and the original papers) We plan to add more models, such as YOLOv9, YOLOv7, and YOLOv6, and new tasks like instance segmentation and zero-shot object detection. In the meantime, let us know if you think anything is off. We want this benchmark to be fair and accurate.
