I live in São Paulo, Brazil. Married, mother of a daughter, and nine cats.
My first degree was in History, as I always wanted to work in cultural research, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT to complement my studies in software testing and QA.

I worked at a university where I was responsible for service and support for online undergraduate students. One of my roles was to design the flow for students on the platform, assist with questions, and report possible errors. During the pandemic, this design and reporting activity intensified, making me change careers and invest in the area of QA.
